Terms of Service

Vidmar Hermes · effective 16 September 2026 · last updated 16 September 2026

These terms govern the use of Vidmar Hermes ("the app"), a private, self-hosted software agent owned and operated by Lucas Vidmar ("the operator") on hardware he controls in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1. Who may use the app

The app has exactly one user: its operator. It is not offered as a service, is not available for registration, and no third party is granted access to it or to any data it can reach.

2. Permitted use

The app is used to perform tasks the operator requests on his own accounts, including reading and sending email, managing calendar events and tasks, and working with files, documents and spreadsheets he owns or has access to through his own Google accounts. Any use of the app to access data belonging to anyone else is prohibited.

3. Connected accounts

Google accounts are connected through Google's own OAuth 2.0 authorization flow, and access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. No warranty

The app is personal software provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is solely responsible for its configuration and operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator assumes no liability to third parties arising from the app, given that the app is not offered or made available to any third party.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will be revised and the new version published at this URL.
